It is one of the most nutrient-dense plants studied — naturally rich in iron, calcium, B vitamins, and vitamins A, C, and E. It has been a traditional food staple in India, Ethiopia, and the Philippines for generations.Maca(Lepidium meyenii) is a cruciferous root vegetable native to the Peruvian Andes, cultivated at altitudes above 4,000m for over 2,000 years by Andean peoples for energy, stamina, and vitality. Both bring genuine nutritional depth and traditional heritage to a formula that already carries four functional mushrooms with deep herbal roots.
The key difference is caffeine. Mushcoffee contains 50% Arabica coffee (approximately 40mg caffeine per serving) and is designed as a morning coffee ritual with added functional mushrooms. Offcoffee contains zero caffeine — it is a full coffee alternative, not a reduced-caffeine option, built on roasted barley and carob rather than coffee.
