Mushcoffee blends 50% certified-organic Arabica coffee — delivering approximately 40mg of caffeine per 6g serving — with four certified-organic functional mushrooms at 12.5% each: Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) for HPA axis and cortisol regulation; Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) for nerve growth factor support and cognitive clarity; Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) for the highest polyphenol and antioxidant density of any studied functional mushroom; and Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), whose compound lentinan achieved the world's first mushroom-derived pharmaceutical drug approval.
All four mushrooms grown in-house on Gribb's certified-organic farm in Portugal under PT-BIO-10 — dual extract powder, standardised to 32–40% beta-glucans — dissolved in 150ml of hot water, milk, or plant-based drink.

Each 5g serving delivers approximately 2,000mg of functional mushroom content and roughly half the caffeine of a standard cup of coffee. It requires no brewing equipment — simply dissolve in 200–250ml of hot water, milk, or plant-based milk. Using it in instant form means you get genuine coffee depth and aroma, just without any equipment.
