Three herbal traditions. One daily ritual.
For natural energy, physical vitality and endurance .
What's Endurance
Endurance brings together five certified-organic ingredients — three functional mushrooms with deep East-Asian herbal heritage, one Andean root prized for millennia, and Ayurveda's most classical botanical formula: Cordyceps (250mg), prized in Tibetan and Chinese herbal practice for centuries as a traditional tonic for vitality, stamina and endurance, naturally rich in cordycepin and adenosine studied in cellular energy research; Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus, 250mg), known in East-Asian herbal practice as the mushroom of clarity and mental fortitude, traditionally used by Buddhist monks for sustained concentration, naturally rich in hericenones studied by researchers worldwide; Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, 250mg), the most revered mushroom in East-Asian herbal tradition for thousands of years, prized for calm, balance and overall vitality; Maca (Lepidium meyenii, 125mg), the Peruvian Andes root cultivated and consumed at altitudes above 4,000 metres for over 2,000 years, traditionally valued for energy, stamina and vitality, naturally rich in macamides, macaenes, amino acids and minerals; and Triphala (125mg) — Ayurveda's most celebrated classical formula, a combination of three fruits (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Haritaki) used continuously across South Asian herbal practice for over 2,000 years as the foundational digestive and antioxidant botanical.
All five certified organic. 2,000mg active content per 2-capsule serving. Vegan HPMC capsules (pine fibre). Made in Portugal under PT-BIO-10. Best taken in the morning.

Who is this for
- You train hard and want your energy systems to actually keep pace Cordyceps supports ATP production and oxygen utilisation at the cellular level — studied for improving metabolic threshold with consistent use. Maca reduces cortisol and supports the physical adaptation that makes training gains stick. Two pathways. One morning capsule.
- You know that recovery is the work — and your gut is where it starts Triphala's three-fruit polyphenol complex modulates the gut microbiome, promotes beneficial bacteria, and improves nutrient absorption — the foundation that determines how effectively your body actually uses the food and supplements you take. Reishi adds the cortisol modulation and immune resilience that high-load training depletes.
- You want East-West performance science in one formula — not a shelf of separate supplements Cordyceps (TCM), Lion's Mane (TCM), Reishi (TCM) from Portugal — Maca(Ayurveda) and Triphala (Ayurveda) from traditional Indian medicine. Two of the world's oldest and most validated herbal traditions, combined into 2,000mg of morning performance support.

How to use
- Take 2 capsules daily with a full glass of water
- Best taken in the morning — with or without food
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Consistent daily use matters more than timing around training sessions. Cordyceps and Ashwagandha build their effects over 3–4 weeks of daily supplementation — take them every day, not just on training days. One pack = 60 capsules = 30 days.
What to expect
Ritual beats intensity. Same time, every day. That's the whole game.
WEEK 1–2
Your body is absorbing and adjusting to the blend. The functional mushrooms
and adaptogenic botanicals need time to build in your system — most people
notice little change yet and that is completely normal. Stay consistent.
WEEK 3
This is usually when subtle shifts begin. Days feel slightly more even. The
afternoon dip that used to derail you starts to feel less sharp. Not a spike —
a steadier floor.
MONTH 1+
The cumulative effect. Most people at this point notice the difference on the
days they forget to take it. The vitality feels like yours — not something
borrowed from caffeine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a cruciferous root vegetable native to the Peruvian Andes, cultivated and consumed at altitudes above 4,000 metres for over 2,000 years. It is one of the most nutritionally dense naturally occurring foods on earth — traditionally valued by Andean peoples specifically for energy, stamina, and sustained physical vitality in demanding conditions. Its unique plant compounds, including macamides and macaenes, are studied for their adaptogenic properties. Where Ashwagandha brings an Ayurvedic night-time and recovery angle, Maca brings a more activating, daytime stamina and vitality tradition — making it a better fit for the energising character of the Endurance formula alongside Cordyceps and Lion's Mane. Triphala remains as the Ayurvedic foundation layer.
Yes — every mushroom is grown in our own certified-organic urban farm in Portimão, Portugal. We grow them ourselves from spore through to harvest. Nothing is imported from third-party suppliers or rebranded from elsewhere.
Our production is certified organic by NATURALFA (PT-BIO-10) and every batch is third-party tested before it ships. Full traceability from farm to your door.
Triphala — Sanskrit for "three fruits" — is a classical Ayurvedic formula combining Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica, also known as Amla or Indian Gooseberry), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). It has been used continuously in South Asian Ayurvedic practice for over 2,000 years and is considered one of Ayurveda's most foundational classical formulas — described in the Charaka Samhita, one of the foundational texts of Ayurvedic medicine, as beneficial for long-term health and vitality. Naturally rich in vitamin C (Amalaki is one of the highest natural sources, with approximately 600–1,000mg per 100g), tannins including chebulinic acid and chebulagic acid, polyphenols, and antioxidants. In this formula it provides the Ayurvedic foundation that the three mushrooms and Maca work on top of.
Both are five-ingredient mushroom and adaptogen capsule formulas made by Gribb in Portugal. They share Lion's Mane and Reishi. The key differences:Endurancefeatures Cordyceps (the stamina and vitality mushroom) and Triphala (Ayurveda's foundational digestive botanical) — positioned around physical vitality, active people, and morning pre-activity use.Keep Your Coolfeatures Mesima (sang-hwang) and Rhodiola (the EMA-recognised traditional herbal for temporary relief of stress symptoms including fatigue and weakness) alongside Maca — positioned around stress resilience and sustained daily energy. Choose Endurance for the active, physically demanding dimension. Choose Keep Your Cool for the stress resilience and cognitive calm dimension. Both work well together as a combined daily protocol
Maca has a naturally earthy, slightly malty, faintly butterscotch-like flavour in powder form. In a capsule at 125mg per serving it is entirely undetectable — you are swallowing 125mg of extract enclosed in an HPMC capsule shell. There is no flavour experience from capsule formats at this dose. If you have taken Maca as a raw powder in smoothies or drinks before, the capsule experience is nothing like that — it is simply two capsules with water, once a day.
Morning or before physical activity — consistently. Cordyceps has a traditionally energising character in herbal practice and is most useful at the start of a demanding day or before training. Maca is similarly associated with daytime vitality and stamina in Andean herbal tradition. Lion's Mane is traditionally morning-associated for clarity and mental fortitude. Reishi is versatile but works well in the morning to set an adaptive, balanced tone. Triphala is traditionally recommended in the morning in Ayurvedic practice. All five ingredients align naturally with morning use — this is not an evening formula.
The capsules are tasteless — the HPMC shell has no flavour. If you open one,
the contents have a mild earthy botanical smell which is normal for mushroom
and adaptogen blends.
The capsules are a standard size and easy to take with a full glass of water.
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, open them and stir the contents
into a smoothie or yoghurt.
Yes to both. All three mushrooms are grown on Gribb's own certified-organic farm in Portugal under PT-BIO-10. Both botanicals are certified organic and ethically sourced. The capsule is HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) made from pine fibre — vegan and gelatin-free.
