Balance Kit

Yes — every mushroom in this kit is grown in our own certified-organic urban farm in Portimão, Portugal. We grow them ourselves from spore through to harvest. Nothing is imported from third-party suppliers or rebranded from elsewhere.

Our production is certified organic by NATURALFA (PT-BIO-10) and every batch is third-party tested before it ships. Full traceability from farm to your door.

The three products in the Balance Kit would cost €100,30 if purchased individually:

· Balance Tincture — €31,40
· Ground Botanical Blend — €34,90
· Morning Green — €34,00

As a kit, the price is €60,00 — a saving of €40,30 (40%). That works out to €2,00 per day for all three products together.

The kit exists because we believe functional mushrooms work best as a ritual — and we want to make it as easy as possible to start one properly.

The Balance Kit is generally well-suited to stack alongside most everyday supplements — vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and similar products.

However, if you are taking prescription medication — particularly blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or medication affecting the digestive system — we recommend checking with your GP or pharmacist before starting.

If in doubt, start with one product at a time rather than all three at once, so you can observe how your body responds.

Functional mushrooms work cumulatively — not like a stimulant or a painkiller. Here's what most people experience:

Week 1–2— your body is absorbing and adjusting. Some people notice subtle shifts in how they feel in the morning. Most don't notice much yet, and that's completely normal.

Week 3— this is usually when it starts to feel different. Mornings feel slightly more settled. A little more grounded before the day begins.

Month 2+— the cumulative effect. Most people at this point say they notice a difference on the days they don't take it.

The Balance Kit contains three certified-organic products, each designed for a different role in your morning ritual:

Balance Tincture (50ml)— a flavour-neutral functional mushroom extract. Taken sublingually (under the tongue) or added to water. One month's supply.

Ground Botanical Blend (60 capsules)— a blend of functional mushrooms traditionally associated with digestive wellness and daily steadiness. Two capsules per day.

Morning Green (150g)— a smooth plant-based morning drink blending functional mushrooms with green botanicals. Stir into hot water, oat milk or a smoothie.

All three with mushrooms that are grown by us in Portimão, Portugal. Nothing imported.

The whole ritual takes under 3 minutes. Here's the sequence:

Step 1 · Balance Tincture— take 1ml (one full dropper) under the tongue or stirred into a small glass of water. Best done first, before food or coffee.

Step 2 · Ground Botanical Blend— take 2 capsules with a full glass of water. Can be taken at the same time as the tincture or alongside breakfast.

Step 3 · Green Fusion— stir 5g (one teaspoon) into hot water, oat milk, or a smoothie. This is your morning drink — make it one you look forward to.

The most important rule: same time, every morning. Consistency is what makes functional mushrooms work.

All three products are sized for approximately one month of daily use:

· Balance Tincture (50ml) — 30 days at 1ml per day
· Ground Botanical Blend (60 capsules) — 30 days at 2 capsules per day
· Green Fusion (150g) — approximately 30 days at 5g per day

All three run out at roughly the same time, so reordering is simple.

The Green Fusion has a smooth, mild earthy flavour with green botanical notes — think matcha-adjacent, but lighter and less bitter. It blends cleanly into oat milk or a smoothie and works well stirred into warm water if you prefer a simpler preparation.

It does not taste strongly of mushrooms — the functional mushroom content is present but not dominant in the flavour profile.
