Yes — the tincture contains 20–30% organic alcohol, which is a natural part of the dual-extraction process and acts as a preservative. At a standard dose of 1ml, the alcohol content is extremely small.

If you prefer to minimise even that amount, you can add the drops to a hot drink, which causes most of the alcohol to evaporate quickly.

Gribb's Lion's Mane tincture is essentially flavour-neutral — it has a very faint, earthy undertone at full concentration, but once added to a coffee, tea, juice, or smoothie it's undetectable. It's designed to slot into whatever you're already drinking without changing the experience.
